Our General Policy
Payment secures dedicated advertising space (like reserving real estate) and covers the commitment of our operational resources. Due to this, our general policy is that all fees and payments are non-refundable once the agreement or ad placement work has started.

Payments are non-refundable in the following instances:
1. Ad Space Secured: Your payment reserves a dedicated advertising slot within our publication or platform. Once this space is secured, the payment covers the commitment of that resource and cannot be refunded.
2. Resources and Logistics: Payments cover our time spent on strategy, logistics, ad coordination, and service preparation for your community.

We want your investment to be successful. However, because we can't guarantee the exact number of new customers, clients, or patients you will get, we can't offer refunds based on sales results—but we can tell you that it's definitely a numbers game.

The Only Exception (Full Refund Option)
A refund may only be issued if a specific Local-Link Community service you paid for is completely cancelled by us or does not become operational in your area within nine (7) months of the date of your payment.
If this rare situation occurs, you will be refunded the portion of your payment specifically allocated to that failed service.
By paying for our services or ad space, you agree to these terms.

Once you choose your spot you will receive an invoice that is due upon receipt to reserve your spot and begin using our time to design your engaging ad!
PLEASE REMEMBER that WE ARE BUSINESS EXCLUSIVE, which means we cannot hold any industry specific/specialty ad spots without payment. If your spot is taken we can help you find another community that fits your business or call you when the business in your mailing has completed their ad run. We will give them first choice for the following mailing's spot and if they decline we will start calling the list on a first-come, first-call basis. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your understanding in our processes.
