LOCAL-LINK was created by Tiffany who works in the insurance world. She was looking for a direct mail marketing opportunity but couldn't find one in her budget.

Solo mailers were thousands of dollars and she didn't want to be buried in an envelope or stuck between competitors in a magazine. Since she couldn't find what she was looking for, she created it!

The cards will go out as they fill up, then mail on a quarterly or every other month schedule based on demand — with the goal to graduate to monthly as we grow.

Yes. Each location is category-exclusive, meaning only one business niche is allowed per mailer.

Once a category is taken in a location, it’s closed for that card until that business withdraws or completes their run (we can’t guarantee when that will happen).

If your category is unavailable in a selected location, we’ll contact you to choose a different available location.

No. Professional design is included if needed. If you already have artwork, we can use that too.

Each mailing goes to 5,000+ targeted local homes per location.

Multiple placement sizes are available to accomodate your budget, starting at only $199, with the sweet spot at $499 for stronger visibility.

Our General Policy

Payment secures dedicated advertising space (like reserving real estate) and covers the commitment of our operational resources. Due to this, our general policy is that all fees and payments are non-refundable once the agreement or ad placement work has started.

Payments are non-refundable in the following instances:

Ad Space Secured: Your payment reserves a dedicated advertising slot. Once secured, it cannot be refunded.
Resources & Logistics: Payments cover time spent on strategy, logistics, ad coordination, and service preparation.

Performance Expectations (The Numbers Game)

Because we can’t guarantee the exact number of new customers, we can’t offer refunds based on sales results.

We encourage tracking through redeemable offers, QR codes, coupon codes, or response landing pages — we can help you choose.

The Only Exception (Full Refund Option)

A refund may only be issued if a specific Local-Link Community service you paid for is completely cancelled by us or does not become operational in your area within six (6) months of the date of your payment.

By paying for our services or ad space, you agree to these terms.
